Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with identification.
To start a return, you can contact us at beachcomberbarrie@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our passion!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened water chemistry products, damaged packaging or any electronics that have not been installed by a Beachcomber Barrie technician and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please ensure you have your original receipt with you as well as identification.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
100-Day In-Home Trial Policy
At Beachcomber Barrie, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 100-Day In-Home Trial to ensure you’re completely happy with your new hot tub.
How It Works:
- Trial Period: Your 100-day trial begins on the day your hot tub is delivered and installed.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: During the trial period, if you are not satisfied with your hot tub for any reason, you can request a return or exchange.
- Exchange: If your hot tub doesn’t meet your expectations, you can exchange it for another model. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
- Return: If you choose to return the hot tub, we will refund your purchase price, less any delivery or installation fees.
Conditions:
- The hot tub must be in excellent condition, free from excessive damage, and used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Accessories and additional items included in the purchase must also be returned in excellent condition.
- Any delivery, installation, or removal fees are non-refundable.
- This policy applies to residential customers only and excludes custom orders or modified units.

- Our team will assist you with the return or exchange process and schedule a pickup or replacement delivery.
