We rented a Hot Tub over the winter holidays and new years. Best decision ever! Had a Hot Tub New Year's eve party at the house. Amazing experience with friends and family. I highly recommend Ker Splash. The staff werr awesome, very easy to deal with, gave us a great deal on a 3 week rental. Money well spent. You gotta try it out. Rent one for yourself and just see! The wife and I were so pleased, we are making plans to get one permanently installed im the back yard. Once you Hot Tub, you won't wanna Not Tub. I'm sad to see it go.

He took the time to walk us through options, answer all our questions clearly, and help us choose what actually fit our needs (and budget) without any pressure. Debbie, the owner, was also wonderful, friendly, professional, and clearly committed to making sure customers are well taken care of. The whole team made the process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hot tub and want great service and support. Support after purchase has been excellent in helping me balance the water.

Amazing experience all round ! Old tub, lots of issues and their primary goal was to fix what I had and work with me on a solution , not to pressure a new tub sale. Cindy was amazing and the service team was just as professional. After multiple attempts at repair , I decided to purchase new. Amanda and Cindy were able to get me in the tub that fit my needs in no time. An excellent Canadian made tub , sold by a locally owned Canadian company with fantastic staff. Win Win !

When we were interested in replacing our hot tub we did some research and heard only good things about beachcomber hot tubs. We went to Kerr Splash (Beachcomber) and from the sales to the service everyone was very knowledgeable and helped us make the best choice for our needs. We ended up going with their new line called Be Well hot tubs which is still all Canadian with a great price point. We are enjoying our new hot tub and highly recommended buying any hot tub from Kerr Splash (Beachcomber).

I bought a beachcomber from a local dealer here in Penetang. About 6 months after owning it the hush pump got loud. I went to the local dealer twice. Both times they said they would come and never did. I live a minute away. I stopped at Kerr splash one day while in Barrie to get something. I told the guy working that day of my issue. He said he would get Cindy to call me on Monday. Monday came and she called. I explained my issue. Cindy was so amazing she sent out guys to replace my pump. Also found out the tub wasn’t registered and she went out of her way to get that done for me as the time had passed for registration. Now remember I didn’t even buy the tub from her and she did all this. If you’re looking for a tub and maybe beachcomber isn’t your first choice. Remember customer service is the most important and Cindy is the best. I’ll never shop anywhere else.
