How much does it cost to rent a hot tub?
Pricing depends on the length of your rental and your location. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your needs.
How does the delivery process work?
We deliver your hot tub on Thursday, set it up, and ensure everything is working properly. On Monday, we return to drain and remove the hot tub—no hassle for you!
Do I need a special electrical hookup?
No! Our hot tubs are 115V plug-and-play models, which means they work with a standard household outlet. No extra wiring or electrical setup is required.
What do I need to prepare before delivery?
You’ll need a level surface (such as a deck, patio, or firm ground) and access to a standard power outlet. Our team will handle the rest.
How long does the hot tub take to heat up?
After setup, the hot tub typically reaches the desired temperature within 12-24 hours, depending on the starting water temperature. We recommend filling it with warm water to speed up the process.
What maintenance is required during the rental?
Very little! We provide simple water care instructions, including adding the necessary sanitizers to keep the water clean. Our team will explain everything before we leave.
Can I use the hot tub in winter?
Absolutely! Our rentals are great for year-round use. There’s nothing like soaking in a warm hot tub on a chilly evening.
What happens if there’s an issue with the hot tub during my rental?
If you experience any issues, simply contact us. We’ll provide troubleshooting assistance and, if needed, arrange for a technician to check on the hot tub.
How many people can fit in the rental hot tubs?
Both of our hot tub models comfortably seat 5 people, with The Simcoe featuring an additional lounger seat for extra relaxation.
How far in advance should I book my rental?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and special events, as availability can fill up quickly.
